User Account Control (UAC),
is a security component in Windows 10, with which Windows 10 users can perform general tasks without the administrator rights, and can also perform as administrators without the user having to log off. Or log in as another Windows 10 user, or use the Run as administrator command .
The standard user accounts under Windows 10 are comparable to the user accounts under Microsoft Windows XP. Windows 10 user accounts that are members of the local Administrators group run most applications as standard users on Windows 10.
Because UAC differentiates between user functions and administrator functions while increasing productivity, UAC is an important optimization for Windows 10.
Local users and groups
Using the Local Users and Groups option in Windows 10, you can restrict the execution of certain actions by users and groups in Windows 10 by assigning permissions and rights.
A right authorizes a user to start and perform certain actions on a Windows 10 computer, such as backing up files and folders, or shutting down a computer. An authorization is a rule assigned to an object, which determines which users have access to the corresponding object in which way in Windows 10.
2.) What should I watch out for in the administrator account with full access?
Attention! Be careful with the full administrator rights!
This account gives you full administrator rights in Windows 10. You have full access to the computer and can make changes, full access to system folders and files, settings and more. UAC account control is disabled by default when using this account.
The computer administrator has full rights. No matter how the user tried. You can avoid the system ban with this. Sometimes this is necessary to solve problems, handle malicious files and fight them. Therefore you can activate the System Administrator in Windows. It is a legitimate way to get administrative and full computer management rights.

Under Windows 10 not every user has the possibility to make changes to the system. Only Admin users have the required administrator rights, so if Windows Admin settings are changed or when installing programs as well as system changes to the Windows 10 system, you can activate the System Administrator account in Windows 10. But is not always necessary!
4.) Can you do it differently without a System Administrator account?
I quickly wrote an answer for a Windows beginner, and thought to finish it tomorrow, I'll turn it into tomorrow, and "The System Administrator" with super powers was born!
